I just want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to all The Diversity Doctor Community members who take the time to open my email every week and who are therefore actively practicing intentional inclusion.

Deloitte reports that inclusive workplaces are 6x more likely to be innovative, and have 2.3x the cash flow per employee over non-inclusive workforces in a 3 year period.
