When we approach D&I as only a recruitment strategy or a marketing campaign we miss the mark. D&I isn't a tick box exercise, it's a lived experience. I know what it feels like to be the 'only one' in the room. To feel the weight of blame directed at you because 'we're only having to do to his because of you'. Do 'it', whatever that 'it' is because you are committed to the why behind it.
